IT-Direct is a trade name used by GossieGlobal LLC, registered in Delaware under number 3545672. Services are supplied exclusively to business customers and organisations. Dutch law applies as described in the applicable terms.
Clear business arrangements
Proposals describe the agreed scope, products, recurring charges, dependencies and responsibilities. The standard payment term is 30 days and the standard notice period for recurring services is one month, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Privacy and security
We process business contact, account, device, licence, contract and support information when necessary to respond to requests and provide services. Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are used. Privacy and security enquiries can be sent to legal@it-direct.nl.
Cookies and website data
The public website does not currently use advertising or cross-site marketing cookies. Technical server logs may be processed for availability, security and troubleshooting.
Responsible disclosure
Potential security vulnerabilities should be reported privately to legal@it-direct.nl. Do not access more data than necessary, disrupt services or disclose the issue before coordinated resolution.
